Digital products, once purchased and delivered, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy is in place due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be physically returned.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, features, and any available demos or trial versions before making a purchase decision. Please contact our customer support team before purchasing if you have any questions about a product or its compatibility. We are here to assist you and ensure you have all the necessary information to make an informed decision.

Single Design Services

The Customer understands that no refunds can be made due to the nature of the services provided. Should the customer have concerns about the fees assessed, the customer agrees to communicate directly with Studio Eight Creative to address any issues. The Customer agrees not to initiate payment disputes through their banking institution. 

The customer agrees to not initiate any payment disputes at any time to Studio Eight Creative's account through their financial institution. If the customer inadvertently disputes a charge made to the account, the customer agrees to cancel/withdraw such a dispute immediately. The customer agrees not to cancel the credit/debit card provided as security without Studio Eight Creative's prior written consent. The customer is responsible for any fees, including attorney's fees, for recouping payment on chargebacks and any collection fees associated with such an event.

If, for any reason, Studio Eight Creative cannot fulfill its obligations to the customer due to incidental or consequential damages. Such damages can include illness, injury, or events beyond their control, such as theft, fire, computer failure, or Acts from God. The customer will be refunded for any part of the service paid for but not rendered.

By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to our refund policy for digital products.
